(LEAMINGTON, ON) — The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) in Leamington observed a black pickup truck travelling westbound on Seacliff Drive at a high rate of speed on February 15, 2016 at approximately 9:50 p.m.
Officers followed the vehicle which struck a curb before stopping at the corner of Seacliff Drive East and Erie Street South in Leamington.
Officers spoke with the driver of the vehicle who exhibited signs of impairment. He was arrested at the scene.
Peter COMRIE, age 39 of Leamington was charged with Impaired Operation of a Motor Vehicle and Exceed 80 Milligrams Blood Alcohol Content. He will appear in a Leamington court on March 3, 2016 to answer to the charges.
