(MUNICIPALITY OF NORTH PERTH, ON) On Monday June 18, 2012, shortly after the noon hour an adult female walking along Perth Line 91 just east of Palmerston observed an east bound vehicle pass by. The vehicle drove a little further and turned around pulling alongside the female. The male driver opened the passenger window and asked if the female wanted a ride. The female looked inside and observed that the male was exposing himself. The female yelled and ran towards a nearby residence as the vehicle drove off in an eastbound direction.
The male is described as Caucasian, approximately 30 years old having a bit of a belly. He had short scruffy black hair with short side burns, a stubble beard, and a moustache. He had a round face with a small nose and brown eyes. His teeth appeared very white.
The vehicle is described as a newer model 4 door sedan light metallic blue in colour with a beige interior. There may be some scratches and a small dent on the top of the trunk (passenger side).
