(Town of Perth, ON) – On Friday, August 12, 2016, at approximately 11:00 p.m. officers from the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Lanark County detachment executed a search warrant at a residence on Gore Street in the Town of Perth, ON.
As a result of the search warrant, 40 year old, James Harrison ROSS, of the County of Lanark was charged with one count of possession of a prohibited weapon.
He was held in custody pending the outcome of a Bail Hearing which is scheduled for Tuesday, August 16, 2016 at the Ontario Court of Justice, Perth, ON.
