(PEMBROKE, ON) – On December 17, 2015 members of the Upper Ottawa Valley Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), with the assistance of OPP’s Drug Enforcement Unit (DEU) and Canine Unit, executed a Controlled Drugs and Substances Act (CDSA) search warrant at a residence in the City of Pembroke. 28 year old Tyler Carl Wade PEAR of the City of Pembroke was arrested and charged with the following CDSA offences:
Possession of a Schedule II Substance – Nabilone
Possession of a Schedule I Substance – Fentanyl
Possession of a Schedule I Substance – Lisdexamfetamine
In addition to the CDSA charges he also faces a charge of Failing to Comply with his Probation Order contrary to the Criminal Code. He was released on a Promise To Appear with a court date of February 09, 2016.
