(Cavan Monaghan Twp., ON) – At approximately 7:47 p.m. Peterborough County OPP patrolling 115 Highway investigated a motor vehicle being operated in an erratic manner.
OPP officers observed a Chrysler Sebring weaving within its lane as it entered the 115 Highway from Highway 7. The officer stopped the vehicle and investigated the driver.
As a result of the investigation, 52 year old, Paul MATCHESKI, of Selwyn Township, has been charged with, Impaired Operation of a Motor vehicle, Having Over 80 mgs of alcohol in a 100ml of Blood, and Driving a motor vehicle with open Liquor.
MATCHESKI was released from custody with a September 19, 2013 court date set in Peterborough Courts.
