(SOUTHWEST MIDDLESEX, ON) – On September 3, 2014 at approximately 1:05 a.m. Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) was patrolling in the area of Coltsfoot Drive in the Municipality of Southwest Middlesex when an officer observed a vehicle driving erratically. A traffic stop was initiated and police discovered the driver had been drinking and was impaired.
The driver was arrested and brought to an OPP detachment for further tests. As a result of the investigation, police have charged the driver, Paul HAGGART, age 41 of Sarnia, ON with impaired driving and over 80 contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada.
The accused was released from police custody and is scheduled to appear in a London courtroom September 30, 2014 to speak to the charges.
