(Algonquin Provincial Park, ON) On August 7, 2014 Provincial Constable Mike Holbrook responded to a call for assistance on Highway 60, Algonquin Provincial Park. Paul GORTMAKER, 45 years of age of Kanata was charged with
– Care and Control While Impaired contrary to Section 253(1)(a) of the Criminal Code of Canada
– Over 80mg contrary to Section 253(1)(b) of the Criminal Code of Canada
– Obstruct a Peace Officer contrary to Section 129(a) of the Criminal Code of Canada.
GORTMAKER is scheduled to appear in Killaloe court on October 1, 2014.
