(ODESSA, ON)- On October 14th, 2014 Loyalist OPP were dispatched to a report of an intoxicated female leaving an Amherstview property and possibly driving.
An officer located the woman’s vehicle on County Road 6 and stopped the driver.
After failing a roadside alcotest the driver was arrested for having over 80 mgs of alcohol in 100 ml of blood. She was transported to Frontenac OPP detachment for further breath tests.
Charged with over 80 mgs is 52 year-old Patricia YOTT of Stone Mills Township.
YOTT is scheduled to appear in Provincial Court in Napanee on October 28th.
