(CARRICK TWP, ON) – On November 22, 2012 at 1:53 am, a South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer on patrol along Highway 9 in Carrick Township stopped a Silver Dodge CSX. While speaking with the driver, the officer discovered that there was a passenger in the trunk of the vehicle. The passenger was removed from the trunk and found to be violating her court conditions. The driver, 34 year old Mark LUCAS of Brockton, was charged with Stunt driving – passenger in trunk. The passenger, 22 year old Stephanie OLSON of Brockton, was charged with Fail to comply and Breach of probation. She was held in custody pending the results of a bail hearing scheduled for November 22, 2012 at 2:00 pm. The vehicle has been impounded for 7 days in accordance with the stunt driving legislation.
