Barrie Police were contacted by a half way house on Peel St in regards to a male violating his parole. The officers arrived on scene and spoke to the staff who advised that the male was in possession of drugs which he is prohibited from having. The 23 yr old Barrie male was placed under arrest on the strength of the parole warrant. The male was transported to the station and eventually returned to a correctional facility
