(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Norfolk County Detachment investigated an incident at a Windham West Quarter Line Road, Windham, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Saturday, May 9, 2015 at approximately 5:16 p.m., police were contacted by a concerned member of the public after unknowns attended the address and proceeded to dump approximately 15 to 20 paint cans along with 5 gallon pails into the ditch.
