(PUSLINCH TWP., ON) – On December 9, 2014 at approximately 02:30 a.m., Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a call regarding an overturned tractor trailer on Brock Road N., north of the 401. All four lanes of Brock Road were initially blocked.
Officers responded along with Guelph-Wellington Emergency Services (EMS) and the Puslinch Fire and Rescue Services. The driver of the truck was taken to a local hospital for treatment of minor injuries.
The cause of the collision is currently being investigated and charges are pending. The northbound lanes have since reopened however the southbound lanes from Nicholas Beaver to the 401 will remain closed for 3-4 hours while the tractor trailer is removed. The Ministry of Transportation is also on scene to assist.
