(Ottawa) The Ottawa Police are seeking the public’s assistance in locating a 15-year-old female. Chelsea DESCHAMBEAULT completed her work shift in an Orleans fast food restaurant at 11:00pm on April 16, and boarded west bound OC Transpo Bus 95, but never arrived home. In the past, Chelsea has not always returned home when expected and her family is concerned. She is described as a white female, 5’4(163 cm)
