(Ottawa) — The Ottawa Police Service is actively investigating the report of a male who was observed entering the Ottawa River and not resurfacing. This incident occurred in the vicinity of Remic Rapids at approximately 4:00pm this afternoon. The only description of the person is an adult male dressed in dark clothing.
