(WEST PARRY SOUND, ON) – The West Parry Sound Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is asking the public for any information they may have related to vandalism that took place in the Town of Parry Sound.
On September 23, 2014, police were called to investigate the vandalism of three tombstones at the Hillcrest graveyard in Parry Sound. Sometime between 4:30 p.m. on September 22 to 7:45 a.m. on September 23, 2014 person(s) moved three tombstones. Police believe that one tombstone would have been picked up and broken over another tombstone.
Police are looking for information from the public in regards to the person(s) responsible for damaging this property. To report a suspicious person, contact the Ontario Provincial Police at 1-888-310-1122 or 705-746-4225.
