(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Norfolk County Detachment is investigating an incident after police were called to the Waterford Heritage Rail Trail, Waterford, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Saturday, April 5, 2014 at approximately 9:45 a.m., a lone female was walking southbound along the Waterford Heritage Rail Trail when she observed an unknown male following her. The male followed the female on the rail trail from Fourteenth Concession to the Queensway.
