(HALIBURTON, ON.) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is currently searching for a missing 33 year old female and is seeking the public’s assistance.
On Thursday, August 14, 2014 just before 10:30pm officers from the Haliburton Highlands detachment were made aware that a female had wandered from her residence located west of Haliburton. Detachment members, along with the assistance of Canine and the Emergency Response Team (ERT) are in the area currently searching for the missing female.
The female was last observed at the residence at approximately 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 13, 2014. She is described as Asian descent, 4’9†in height, weighing approximately 80 pounds with short black hair and is believed to be wearing a blue and black down filled jacket.
