(QUINTE WEST, ON) The Ministry of Natural Resources along with the Quinte West OPP Detachment is currently investigating recent reports of dead swans on 2nd Dug Hill Road.
A swan was found dead in the swamp on the south end of 2nd Dug Rd in August of 2012 and another swan was also found dead on August 30th of this year.
