OPP INVESTIGATING THEFT OF BICYCLE

(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment is investigating the theft of a bicycle from a Queensway East, Simcoe, Norfolk County, Ontario address.

On Thursday, November 21, 2013 between 6:00 p.m. and 6:10 p.m., unknowns attended the front of the Walmart store and proceeded to remove an unlocked bicycle.

The bicycle is a stunt bicycle and is grey in colour.

The theft is valued at approximately $250 dollars.

Some tips that may help prevent bicycle theft.

Invest in a good bicycle lock.

Make sure your bicycle is out of sight and not left in the an open area without being locked.

Make sure that your bike and the area that you store your bicycle is locked and secured
