(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment is reminding residents be vigilant after a theft was reported at a Concession 14, Townsend, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
Between Wednesday, September 10, 2014 and Thursday, September 11, 2014 unknown suspects attended a construction site and proceeded to remove a backhoe that was located on the property.
The backhoe is being described as a 2008 Terex, white in colour and is valued at approximately $75,000 dollars.
The Norfolk County OPP Detachment is continuing to investigate and is seeking assistance from the public. If anyone has any information regarding this incident, they are being asked to contact the Norfolk County OPP Detachment at 1-888-310-1122.
