(CARLING TWP, ON) – The West Parry Sound Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) are seeking the public’s assistance in locating a stolen boat on a trailer.
On September 9, 2013 a motorist was having issues with his boat trailer while travelling home. He left the trailer on the shoulder of Highway 559 in Carling Township and placed a lock in the hitch portion. When he returned the following day, the boat and trailer where gone.
The boat is described as a 14 foot aluminum boat, Peacock blue in colour with “Bird Dog Charters†written on the outside. On the back, a 1985 Johnson motor, 20 horse powers, was attached.
