(NATION TOWNSHIP, ON) – On July 12, 2014 at approximately 2:58 am officers of the Hawkesbury detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police responded to a single vehicle crash on Concession Road 9, Nation Township.
A 24-year-old male passenger died at scene. A second male passenger was transported to hospital with critical, life-threatening injuries. A third male passenger is in hospital with non-life threatening injuries. Two (2) other passengers were not injured.
The 23-year-old male driver is presently in custody and will appear by video in court on Sunday, July 13, 2014 facing Impaired charges.
