(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment and Norfolk County Fire Department were called to a Queen Street, Delhi, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Wednesday, March 26, 2014 at approximately 9:27 p.m., Norfolk County OPP responded to a fire on top of the Delhi Public School.
Members of the Norfolk County Fire Department arrived on scene and the fire was brought under control by the attending fire fighters. The total damage is estimated at approximately $1,200 dollars.
Three youths were observed running from the scene prior to the arrival of police and fire fighters. One of the males was seen with a scooter and a second male was observed carrying a skateboard with a handle. All three suspects were last seen on East Street.
The Norfolk County OPP Detachment is continuing to investigate and is seeking assistance from the public. If anyone has any information regarding this incident, they are being asked to contact the Norfolk County OPP Detachment at 1-888-310-1122.
