(WEST PARRY SOUND, ON) – On June 29, 2014, the West Parry Sound Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Emergency Medical Services (EMS), Seguin Fire Department and Parry Sound Fire Department responded to two separate fires in the early morning hours in Seguin Township.
At 3:56 a.m., emergency services responded to a fire at a vacant business on Oastler Park Drive. The investigation into the cause of this fire has concluded. Parry Sound OPP Crime Unit, under the direction of Detective Staff Sergeant Gilles Depratto of the Criminal Investigation Branch in conjunction with the Office of the Fire Marshal (OFM) have deemed the fire not to be criminal in nature.
