(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment is reminding the public to protect their property and valuables against would be thieves after a vehicle entry was reported at a Mason’s Lane, Simcoe, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Monday, April 14, 2014, in the early morning hours, unknown suspects entered the rear of a parked pick-up truck. Once inside, unknowns proceeded to remove a welding helmet.
The helmet can be described as an Auto Shade helmet made by Miller. The helmet is black in colour with Miller located on the front just above the visor.
The theft is valued at approximately $500 dollars.
