(ENNISKILLEN TOWNSHIP, ON) The Lambton County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) continues to investigate a serious, single motor vehicle collision that occurred on February 13, 2014 at around 8:30 p.m. on Oil Springs Line west of Oil Heritage Road.
A Passenger in the vehicle, Danny GIBBONS, 21 years of age from Petrolia, ON remains in a London hospital where he was taken with life threatening injuries.
Lambton OPP has charged the driver, Ben WAITE, 22 years of age from Petrolia, ON, with impaired driving causing bodily harm and driving over the legal limit.
The driver has a Sarnia court date of March 10, 2014 to answer to the charges.
