(Chatham-Kent, ON) On the 8th of October, 2013 at 5:00 a.m. the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Drug Enforcement Unit, OPP Organized Crime Enforcement Bureau, Provincial Weapons Enforcement Unit and the OPP Tactics and Rescue Unit executed a Controlled Drugs and Substances Act search warrant at a Moraviantown Delaware First Nation Territory residence.
Police seized a quantity of suspected Marijuana, Methamphetamine, Oxycodone and Fentanyl patches with and an estimated street value of $18,000. A small amount of cash and other drug related paraphernalia and weapons were also seized. Three people were arrested and are facing charges under the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act and Criminal Code.
Anthony SNAKE, a 42 year old Moraviantown man has been charged with;
Possession of a Schedule II substance for the purpose of Trafficking -over 3 kg
Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of Trafficking- Other Drugs
Possession of a Schedule II substance for the purpose of Trafficking- under 3 kg
Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of Trafficking- Other Drugs
Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5,000
Possession of a Prohibited or Restricted Weapon knowing its Possession is Unauthorized
Possession of Firearm or Ammunition contrary to Prohibition Order
Amanda PAXTON, a 26 year old Moraviantown woman has been charged with;
Possession of a Schedule II substance for the purpose of Trafficking -over 3 kg
Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of Trafficking- Other Drugs
Possession of a Schedule II substance for the purpose of Trafficking- under 3 kg
Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of Trafficking- Other Drugs

Jeffrey MACDONALD, a 26 year old Wallaceburg man has been charged with;
Possession of a Schedule II substance for the purpose of Trafficking -over 3 kg
Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of Trafficking- Other Drugs (Fentanyl)
