(TOWNSHIP OF GEORGIAN BLUFFS, ON) – On Friday, March 21, 2014, the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Organized Crime Enforcement Bureau – Drug Enforcement Unit, with the assistance of Grey County OPP, Bruce Peninsula OPP, West Region Emergency Response Team, and the West Region Canine Unit executed a Controlled Drugs and Substances Act search warrant at a property on Grey Road 1, in the Township of Georgian Bluffs, Grey County.
As a result of the execution of the search warrant, police seized cannabis marihuana and cannabis resin. The estimated, combined value of the seized controlled substances was $3,382.00.
Jerzy Bohatkiewicz (54 years) and Brenda Bohatkiewicz (52 years), of Georgian Bluffs, were arrested and each charged with possession of cannabis marihuana and possession of cannabis resin.
