(STRONG TWP, ON) The Almaguin Highlands Ontario Provincial Police was conducting radar enforcement on Highway 11, Strong Township on Friday March 21, 2014 at approximately 9:45 p.m. The officer stopped the 1995, BMW that was northbound near Robins Road, for travelling at a high rate of speed and subsequently charged him with race motor vehicle contrary to the Highway Traffic Act of Ontario and fail to have insurance card, contrary to the Compulsory Automobile Insurance Act of Ontario.
The driver, Alexander GUENTHER (20) of Brampton, Ontario is to appear in Sundridge Court on Thursday April 17, 2014.
