(WEST PARRY SOUND, ON) – On September 22, 2013 at approximately 6:27 p.m. the West Parry Sound Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a call from the staff at Arizona Grill in Parry Sound.
A male and two females attended the restaurant, eat, drank, and then refused to pay for their bill.
Kevin Jacklin, 52 years of age from Parry Sound, was charged with Food and Lodging Fraud contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada and Being Intoxicated in a Public Place contrary to the Liquor Licence Act.
The accused will appear before the Ontario Court of Justice Parry Sound on October 31, 2013
The two females were released unconditionally.
