(WELLINGTON NORTH TOWNSHIP, ON) – On January 23, 2014, at approximately 5:00 p.m., Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers observed two men together on Main Street, Mount Forest and they had been ordered by the court to abstain from communicating, associating, or having any contact with each other.
David BENTLEY age 58 of Grand Valley has been charged with Failing to Comply with Recognizance Order contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada. He is scheduled to appear in Guelph Bail Court on January 24, 2014 to answer to the charge.
