(HAMILTON TWP, ON) – On Tuesday April 1, 2014, Northumberland Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) attended to a single motor vehicle roll over collision on County Road 2 between Cobourg and Port Hope.
Officers arrived at the scene at approximately 2:00 am near Apple Orchard Road and found a 1994 Acura GSR in the north ditch on its roof. The lone male occupant was outside the vehicle and he reported to Police that he was tired and closed his eyes for a few seconds. He was transported to hospital for evaluation.
Wayne Douglas Connrad HODGSON, 20 from Cobourg, Ontario has been served a Provincial Offence Notice for careless driving under the Highway Traffic Act.
