(PEMBROKE, ON) – On August 3, 2014 at 9:45am, officers of the Upper Ottawa Valley Detachment responded to a serious crash on Highway 17 at Doran Rd, west of Pembroke.
A 33-year-old female driver and her 44-year-old husband remain in hospital with serious, non-life threatening injuries.
The driver of the Tractor Trailer, Jean LABINE of Gatineau, QC was charged with Fail to Stop for Red Light contrary to the Highway Traffic Act.
The road has reopened.
