(Prince Edward County, ON)â€â€On 23 September 2014 at 7:51pm officers from the Ontario Provincial Police were called to Loyalist Parkway in Rosehall concerning a vehicle that was parked in the middle of the roadway. Police observed that the driver had been consuming alcohol.
A 44-year old female, Sujo-Mina RENOIR of Hillier, ON was arrested and charged with the following offences:
Operation While Impaired, contrary to Section 253(1)(a) of the Criminal Code of Canada.
Breath Sample Not Provided Upon Demand, contrary to Section 254(3)(5) of the Criminal Code of Canada.
Drive While Under Suspension, contrary to Section 53(1) of the Highway Traffic Act.
The accused was later released from police custody on a promise to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice, Picton on the 22 October 2014.
