(GUELPH-ERAMOSA TOWNSHIP, ON) – On December 7, 2012 at 9:22pm, the County of Wellington Festive RIDE Team were conducting a R.I.D.E. spot check at Wellington Road 30 in Guelph-Eramosa Township. As a 1995 Toyota entered the spot check, police observed open liquor in the front seat.
Lisa Stuckless, age 45 of Guelph has been charged with Drive Motor Vehicle with Open Container of Liquor, contrary to the Liquor Licence Act.
Wellington County OPP would like to remind motorists when transporting alcohol it must be sealed and stored in an area not easily accessible to the driver.
