(WASAGA BEACH, ON.) – On May 17th, 2015 at approximately 1:30 a.m., a member of the Huronia West Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police while on patrol observed a male with an open container of alcohol on Mosley Street near 16th Street.
This male was stopped and a further investigation into this individual revealed that he was in possession of a quantity of Cannabis Marihuana.
Charged with “Possession Schedule I – Cannabis Marihuana” is Mario DOSA 25 years old from Niagara Falls, Ontario. Police have further charged this male with “Having liquor in open container” under the Liquor Licence Act of Ontario.
