(TECUMSEH, ON) -The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a three vehicle collision in the westbound lanes of Highway 401 at Provincial Road, just after 4:30 pm today.
A red Ford vehicle had entered the westbound on ramp of Highway 401 at Provincial Road and while doing so, was struck by a tractor trailer, which then swerved and struck a Honda minivan.
The female driver of the Ford was taken to Windsor Regional Hospital Ouellette Campus by Emergency Medical Services (EMS) with what appears to be non-life threatening injuries. No one else was injured in the crash.
The westbound lanes of Highway 401 at Provincial Road are reduced until the investigation has been completed and debris can be removed from the roadway.
The investigation continues.
