(COUNTY OF BRANT, ON) – The County of Brant Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), an officer observed a black Dodge pickup truck being driven in an erratic manner Mount Pleasant Road.
At approximately 2:54 a.m. Saturday March 1st, 2014, the officer stopped the vehicle and while talking to the driver he could smell the odour of alcohol. The officer gave the male driver the Roadside Screening Test and as a result he was taken to the County of Brant OPP detachment for Intoxilyzer Tests.
Kyle CAUSYN 20 years of age from Norfolk County is facing the following Criminal charge
Care and Control Over 80 milligrams
The accused is scheduled to attend Provincial Court in Brantford on the 4th of April 2014 to answer to the charge.
