(CITY OF KAWARTHA LAKES, ON.) -The Pedal for Hope cycling tour will celebrate its’ 10th anniversary this spring (2014). The fund raising efforts continue this winter and P/C Alex Whitefield is looking for some support!
This dedicated group of police officers will now don skates to participate in the Hands up Hockey Challenge that will be played at the Evinrude Centre in Peterborough on Sunday, November 24, 2013 at 3:00 p.m.
Former NHL players will lend their support and participate in the game. Some names include John Druce, Paul Coffey, Marc Savard, Steve Larmer and Greg Millen, to name a few.
Tickets are $10 per seat. All ticket proceeds go directly to Pedal for Hope Pediatric Cancer Research.
