(PETERBOROUGH, ON) – A member of the Peterborough County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has been issued a Provincial Offence notice following a two vehicle collision which occurred on Thursday January 21, 2016 at 11:48PM.
The collision occurred at Hospital Drive and Charlotte Street in the City of Peterborough and was investigated by the Peterborough Police Service.
Provincial Constable John WITZING, a four year member of the OPP has been charged with Fail to Yield to Traffic, contrary to Section 144(8) of the Highway Traffic Act.
