(NORTHERN BRUCE PENINSULA, ON): The Bruce Peninsula Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were called to the Sandy Beach Conservation Area in Stokes Bay on May 22, 2013 just before 3:00p.m., to investigate an off-road vehicle collision.
A 2012 Polaris Ranger RZR side by side, operated by a 39 year old Owen Sound resident, rolled over in the area known as Sandy Beach. The driver and his female passenger were transported by ambulance to Lions Head Hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries.
The 39 year old male was charged with Adult Engage in Prohibited Activity” under the Trespass to Property Act.
The OPP want to remind those that use off-road vehicles to “know before you go”
