(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment has charged a 26 year old male and (2) 27 year old males after police investigated three off-road motorcycles at a Main, Waterford, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Friday, April 3, 2015, at approximately 4:02 p.m., police were conducting patrols in the area of Main Street and Green Street, when three Off Road Vehicles attracted an officer’s attention. The drivers and vehicles were subsequently stopped and investigated.
As a result of investigation, police charged 26-year-old Bryan David PERRY of Hamilton, Ontario with unlawfully drive off road motor vehicle on highway.
Charged with unlawfully drive off road motor vehicle on highway is 27-year-old John Andre COTE of Hamilton, Ontario.
Charged with unlawfully drive off road motor vehicle on highway is 27-year-old Lukasz Staniskaw PIETRUSZKA of Hamilton, Ontario.
All are to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charges.
