(COUNTY OF BRANT, ON) – The County of Brant Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), officers were advised by an off duty police officer of a possible impaired driver, on Banfield Street in the Town of Paris.
At approximately 3:54 p.m. Monday October 7th, 2013, officer’s located a black Dodge Caliber on Banfield Street. While the officer was talking to the male driver, he observed all the usual signs of impairment by alcohol. The male driver was transported to the County of Brant OPP detachment for Intoxilyzer Tests.
Kevin YOUNG 41 years of age from the County of Brant is facing the following Criminal charges
Impaired Driving
Fail or Refuse to Provide Breath Sample
The accused is scheduled to attend Provincial Court in Brantford on November 1st, 2013 to answer to the charges.
