(HALDIMAND COUNTY, ON) – Haldimand County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), officers were advised of a possible drinking driver on Caistorville Road by an off-duty officer, in Haldimand County.
At approximately 8:34 p.m. Monday July 14th, 2014, the off-duty Peel Police officer advised the Ontario Provincial Police Comcentre of a 2006 silver Nissan being driven in an erratic manner. A Haldimand County OPP officer attended Canborough Road where the vehicle and driver were stopped. While the officer was talking to the male driver he observed all the usual signs of impairment by alcohol. The driver was transported to the Haldimand County OPP for Intoxilyzer tests.

Driving With More Than 80 mgs of Blood Alcohol Content
The accused is scheduled to attend Provincial Court in Cayuga at a later date.
