(TOWNSHIP OF SOUTHGATE, ON) – On Saturday, July 12, 2014, at approximately 12:02 a.m., Grey Count Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) stopped a vehicle on Southgate Road 26 in the Township of Southgate due to erratic driving.
The driver of the vehicle, a 2000 Jeep, was found to have been drinking alcohol.
Anthony John RAYFIELD, 27, of the Township of Southgate, has been charged with impaired operation of a motor vehicle and over 80 milligrams. He was further charged with possession of marihuana under 30 grams, under the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act.
He is scheduled to appear in court in Owen Sound on Thursday, August 14, 2014.
