(ELLIOT LAKE, ON) – On Friday June 27, 2014 at approximately 2:00 pm, a watchful neighbour on Washington Crescent in the City of Elliot Lake called the East Algoma Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) to report a break and enter in progress.
Officers attended Washington Crescent and located Dale BOYER age 40, of the City of Elliot Lake inside the residence.
As a result of the investigation Mr. BOYER has been charged with the following
Break and enter with intent to commit an indictable offence
Break and enter – commit an indictable offence
Breach of probation
