(Leamington, ON) – OPP in Leamington are requesting the public’s assistance in locating David CAPPS, 66 years of age, who was reporting missing by his wife from Leisure Lake Campground on County Road 31 in the Municipality of Leamington.
CAPPS was last seen by his wife approximately 5:00 last evening (August 18th). She believes he left on his bike, which is a dark coloured Gemini 21 speed mountain bike with yellowish orange saddle bags with 3 reflectors.
CAPPS is described as 5’6â€Â, 150 lbs, grey hair which is balding, scruff on his face, and wearing a dark colour T-shirt, and grey cargo type shorts.
