Barrie Police Service attended a Grove Street East address twice yesterday for complaints about loud music. Both times Police found a 21 year old Barrie man was alone in his garage with strobe lights flashing and music blaring. At 830pm he was cautioned for the loud music and asked to turn it down. When police responded to the second complaint an hour later, the man was issued a By-law ticket for having a loud stereo. The fine was $490. The man was not happy and tore the ticket up. The officer let him know if Police returned again he would receive another one. Police did not receive any other complaints about this address.
