MALE ARRESTED FOR ENTRY IN TO VEHICLES
(ST.MARYS, ON) On Monday April 11, 2011, shortly before 9 p.m. Perth County OPP officers in St.Marys were advised that a male person wearing dark clothing was observed entering a vehicle on private property near Wellington St. S. in St.Marys.
The male suspect was observed by police and was subsequently arrested on Wellington St. S. The suspect was found to be in possession of an item which had been removed from an unlocked vehicle on Water St. S.
Nicholas Spanjer (29) of St.Marys has been charged with “Possession of Property obtained by crime under $5,000â€. He is currently in custody and is to appear for a bail hearing in Stratford bail court on Wednesday April 13, 2011.
