(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment have arrested and charged a 27 year old male after police were called to a Peel Street Simcoe, Norfolk County, Ontario, address.
Between Sunday, March 15, 2015 and Saturday, March 21, 2015 unknown suspect(s) attended Kelly’s of Simcoe and gained entry. Once inside a quantity of musical items were taken.
On Saturday, March 21, 2015 at approximately 9:09 a.m., police attended the address and conducted an investigation.
As a result of the investigation, police arrested and charged 27 year old Nicholas Michael SWANZEY of Norfolk County, Ontario with break and enter and theft under $5,000 dollars.
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charges.
